Strength & Balance session is a gentle exercise class designed to help increase your strength and improve your balance, involving both seated and standing exercises. You should be able to self mobilise and take instruction to attend the sessions. If you feel you need to improve your strength and balance this class is for you.

Shibashi (Tai Chi Qigong) is a popular, gentle, and flowing 18-movement routine that combines Tai Chi principles with Qigong breathing to improve physical and mental well-being.
