TeenZone users

• You must have had a gym induction, and must attend with an adult.
• A member of staff will be there to help. 
• Dedicated TeenZone gym sessions - Monday - Thursday 15:30-16:30 and Friday 12:30-13:30

For health reasons, we have restrictions on ToneZone and Health Suite use by under 16s. Please contact the centre for more information.

Shared Facility Notice

Please note that our centre is a shared site with Lasswade High School. Because of this, our facilities experience peak times when students are using the spaces.

To help you plan your quieter workout or swim, please note of the following:

• For the Pool: You can find out when the pool is quieter, and when public swim is open via our pool timetable.
• For the Gym: High school sessions run during the specific blocks listed below.

High School Gym Session Times 2026/27

Monday-Thursday 08:40-16:30, Friday 08:40-13:30

Block one: Wednesday the 13th of August until Friday the 10th of September 2026

Block two: Tuesday the 15th of September until Friday the 9th of October 2026

Block three: Tuesday the 20th of October until Tuesday the 22nd of December 2026

Block four: Thursday the 7th of January until Friday the 12th of February 2027

Block five: Monday the 22nd of February until Friday the 2nd of April 2027

Block six: Tuesday the 20th of April until Tuesday the 29th of June 2027

Please note, CCTV systems are installed in some areas used by members of the public, for the purpose of safety and crime prevention and detection. More information on Midlothian Council’s overall approach to managing personal data is in our Privacy Policy.

In all locations, signs are displayed notifying you that CCTV is in operation. Images captured by CCTV will not be kept longer than necessary. However, on occasions there may be a need to keep images for longer, for example where a crime is being investigated.
