Apply for or renew a licence or permit
To apply for or renew a licence complete the relevant application form.
Apart from alcohol licences, we do not send out reminder letters. You must submit a renewal application 8 weeks before your licence runs out. If your licence expires you must apply for a new one.

Alter a licence or permit
Email us to request a material change in circumstances or alteration to your licence or permit. Include details of the licence held, your details and the changes proposed.
