Midlothian Snowsports Centre at Hillend has reopened to the public following damage caused by the recent severe weather.
The Centre is expecting a busy week as it welcomes hundreds of young skiers and snowboards during the February school break.
Councillor Peter Boyes, Midlothian Council elected member with responsibility for sport and leisure, said: "Midlothian Snowsports Centre is open for business as usual and we're looking forward to welcoming the next generation of snowsports enthusiasts over the forthcoming school break.
"Staff and contractors have worked hard to reopen the centre following damage caused by the recent severe weather. The roof of one of the smaller buildings at the Centre and some of the matting has had to be repaired."
