How to apply

To apply to rent a garage please complete an application form (PDF) and send to the address on the form.

Include proof of residency if not currently a council tenant, such as a driving licence or household bill.

Rent charges from 1 April 2026

  • Council tenants: £16.79 per week
  • Non-council tenants: £16.79 per week + £3.36 VAT = £20.15 per week
