Pest control visit if treatment is booked but after onsite survey is not needed. 
  • £46.00 of fee retained. The rest will be refunded.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds once treatment has begun or if you do not keep pre-arranged appointments. 
  • Full refund in you cancel the job before 12 noon on the previous working day to your appointment, and before the first site visit. If not £38.00 will be retained.
