Pest control

The pest control service is available to all domestic premises in Midlothian.

  • For Midlothian Council house tenants, the service is free.
  • For private sector properties or Housing Association tenants, the service is chargeable. Payment must be in advance.

Pest control visit where rodenticides or insecticides are not used All pests £42.00 of fee retained if treatment is booked, but after an on-site survey, is found not to be needed.
Note: the rest of the fee paid would be refunded. This applies to all pests
  All pests Full refund if cancelled at least 48hrs before 1st treatment appointment.
50% of the fee will be retained when the initial survey is cancelled within 48 hours before the initial visit.

Important

  • We will retain a charge of £35.00 where we cannot contact you, or where you've not kept prearranged appointments.
  • No refunds once treatment has begun.

To receive a refund

You must cancel the job before 12 noon on the previous working day to your appointment, and before the first site visit. Use the contact information below.

You cannot get a refund once a treatment has started.

We do not treat:

  • Bats
  • Bees
  • Gulls
  • Pigeons
  • Squirrels
  • Foxes
  • Rabbits
  • Moles
