Replacement or renewal

Apply to:

  • update the photograph on your card
  • request a renewal
  • replace your card if it is lost, stolen or damaged.

The process will be much quicker if you have your existing card, as you will be asked for the card number.

The quickest way to get a replacement is to contact ptu@midlothian.gov.uk

Give your full name, address and date of birth. We will tell you if we need more information and when the new card will be issued.
