Report a change that affects your Council Tax

Our Revenues team members are experiencing a high level of demand at the moment. If you have reported a change in circumstances since October 2023, please do not contact us again as we are working through all enquires. Thank you for your patience. 

Please tell us about changes like:

• You have changed your name.  We need to make sure the right name appears on your bill.
• You move house. The amount of Council Tax you have to pay may be different.
• The number of people living in your property changes. You might get a discount, or a discount you already get may no longer apply. Please complete the change of circumstances form.
• The owner of the property changes. We need to be sure who is liable for the Council Tax. Please complete the change of circumstances form.
