Add some spring colour to your area

Planted daffodils

Would your area like a bit of spring colour? Now is the time to start planting bulbs!

The Council has miniature daffodil tete a tete bulbs available for any groups wishing to plant up a prominent public open space within Midlothian.

Bulbs available

We can provide the bulbs, a loan of tools and some instruction if required.  Approximately 1,000 tete a tete bulbs can be made available for each location, enough to plant a minimum of 10 metres squared.

Not a daffodil fan? We also have blue pearl, cream and dorothy (yellow) crocus bulbs available too, enough to plant approximately 15 metres squared.

All you need to do is provide a plan of the proposed location, let us know which bulbs you would like and demonstrate you have at least ten volunteers to give you a hand with the plant.
