The Site

Picture caption: aerial view of site
The site is of a quadrilateral configuration occupying the area immediately south of Seafield Road and split into two areas which are separated by Seafield Moor Road.
The western portion of the site is bounded by mature planting on its western, southern and eastern edge with a series of 60s type building of varying heights occupying the side on the north west boundary.
The site is predominantly flat with a natural thick boundary of mature trees. Seafield Road is a principal arterial route that provides efficient access to the wider road network and surrounding catchment areas. Regular bus services operate along Seafield Road, ensuring strong public transport links for pupils, staff, and visitors.
