Midlothian Children and Young People’s Service Plan
The Midlothian Integrated Children and Young People’s Services Plan (ICSP) for 2023 - 2026 sets out the strategic direction for the planning and delivery of services for children, young people and families in Midlothian.
Our vision is for children and young people in Midlothian to have the best possible start in life and live safe, healthy, active, happy, and independent lives.
The plan was developed in collaboration with a range of public and third sector organisations across Midlothian and takes into account feedback from children and young people, parents/carers and practitioners.
