Vogrie Country Park offers the space and setting to showcase your event in the great outdoors

• 24,800m2 dedicated Events Field
• Ample parking with allocated spaces for Blue Badge holders and EV charge points
• Marquee and equipment hire packages
• BBQs and firepit available to hire separately
• Onsite café – serving a range of hot and cold food and drinks and able to offer bespoke catering packages

Flexibility

• Book the Event Field by the hour, half day, day or for multiple days
• Bring your own equipment or hire from us

Restrictions and guidelines for event approval

We will assess potential environmental impacts, noise, likely impact on neighbours, and any other considerations, before granting event requests.

• No permanent installations
• No fireworks
• Events will be generally restricted to the Event Field only and not the wider park, gardens and woodlands

Rates for commercial use

• Per hour - £45
• Per day - up to 100 people - £270
• Per day - up to 1,000 people - £495
• Marquee hire - from £318
• PA system - from £32

• A surety bond may be required.

Booking your event

Booking and any payment required must be made in advance.

• Complete the Event Field enquiry form (PDF)
• We will confirm the Event Field is available on the date/s and times requested and any applicable payment charge
• If required, you will need to give advanced notice of a public event
