There’ll soon be even more ways for Midlothian residents to stay active and invigorate their health and well-being.
Due to popular demand, our Ageing Well team have extended their programme of popular Yoga and Tai Chi classes. The new classes are aimed at beginners, so even if you've never tried your hand at Yoga or Tai Chi before, now is a great time to start.
A new Beginners Yoga class will run weekly from 2pm until 3pm every Thursday at Bonnyrigg Leisure Centre, starting 26 July.
There will also be a new Beginners Yoga class running weekly at Newtongrange Leisure Centre on Fridays from 1.15pm-2.15pm, starting on 27 July.
A new class in Beginners Tai Chi will take place on Fridays at Bonnyrigg Leisure Centre from noon to 1pm, starting 27 July.
The classes are suitable for people of all ages. Over-60s can take advantage of our special Ageing Well discount rate of just £1 per class. For people aged under 60, each class costs just £4.30 (£3.05 concession).
