Bird keepers and the public are being urged to act following a confirmed outbreak of Highly Pathogenic avian influenza in a premises near Penicuik last night on 22 December.
The public will be consulted on proposals to change how pupils are admitted to Midlothian’s Roman Catholic (denominational) primary and secondary schools.
