Appointment of New Chief Executive

Kenneth Lawrie 
 Kenneth Lawrie has been appointed as Chief Executive to replace Trevor Muir, who is shortly to retire.

Kenneth Lawrie (43), is Head of Business Improvement at Scottish Borders Council, was educated at St Andrews and Strathclyde Universities and holds an MBA and MA in Economics. He also held senior positions with Dartford Borough Council. Kenneth is due to take up his appointment in September 2009.
