Service Standards

In normal circumstances we try to:

• Return for a missed bin within 5 working days
• Deliver a new or replacement bin within 7 working days
• Remove an unwanted or abandoned bin within 14 working days
• We do not return for a missed food waste caddy or glass collection box. Please still let us know so we can ensure it is emptied on its next scheduled collection date.
