Request a larger household waste bin

If a standard grey bin is too small for the non-recyclable waste your household produces, even after recycling as much as possible, we can normally provide a larger bin if:

• your household circumstances have changed in the past 8 weeks
• and you are separating all waste for recycling
• and you meet one of these criteria:
  • Medical need 
  • Household with two or more children in disposable nappies
  • Household of five with one child in disposal nappies
  • Household with six or more permanent residents.

We will process your application as soon as we can. If you have been advised that you are eligible for a larger 360 litre grey bin, we are now in the process of delivering the replacement bins over the next few weeks.
